High Season - November 1st to April 30th

Green Season- May 1st to August 31st

Rates subject to 13% tax. 50% of rental amount due to make reservation. $500 security deposit required & w/o damages, returned within 24 hours after checkout.
Balance of the rental,security deposit and $150.00 cleaning fee due 60 days prior to check in date.
Cancellation policy- If you cancel 60 days before your arrival and we are able to rent the property for your dates for the same rate, we will refund 100% of your money paid minus 5% cancellation fee. If the house does not rent to replace your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for holiday weeks, early departures, late arrivals or no shows.
Cancellations within 60 days prior to arrival are non- refundable
